Come home to your body
Come home to yourself
Body-centred healing and transformational practice for people navigating stress, change, physical symptoms and the deeper journey of becoming more fully themselves.
Booking opens in Kyra's scheduling calendar.
The practice
Your body has something to tell you
Body Being & Heart is a lifelong exploration of anatomical structure, felt experience and awareness. Sessions begin with the structural and energetic, and — when it is right for you — move into the emotional and the spiritual.
You don’t need to know the name of a modality before you begin. You only need to notice what you are living with right now. The work starts there, in the body, with listening.
Three ways to begin
Wherever you are, there is a door
Heal & reconnect
Personal sessions, body-centred support and energy work, in person in Montreal or online from anywhere.
Learn & grow
Courses, professional training, Reiki and personal development for those who want to carry the work further.
Explore & retreat
Retreats, meditation and spiritual travel — time out of ordinary life to appreciate the extraordinary within.
Kyra's approach
Structure, feeling, energy, spirit
Kyra brings several disciplines into one conversation with your body, rather than
asking you to choose a technique first. Together you find what works for you.
Body
Listening to physical experience — structure, tissue, breath, the way you actually stand and move.
Feeling
Energy
Spirit
“Movement is life and Spirit is its essence. The body, though it may seem solid, is a fluid and dynamic medium. Change your structure and you shift your consciousness. Shift your consciousness and the body responds.”
- Kyra Lober
